Christmas and New Year Deliverys

An Update to our Delivery Process' over the Christmas Period!

Dear CustomerOur carriers have advised us that there will be no “Next Day” delivery service from 22^nd December 2021 until Tuesday 4^th January (Wednesday 5^th January in Scotland).

Items shipped on Wednesday 22^nd December should be delivered on Friday 24^th December. *

Items shipped on Thursday 23^rd December will not be delivered until Thursday 30^th December.

Hydrogarden will not ship orders from Friday 24th December to Tuesday 28th December inclusive

Items shipped on Wednesday 29^th & Thursday 30^th December should be delivered on Friday 31^st December. *

Hydrogarden will not ship orders from Friday 31^st December until Tuesday 4^th January.

Normal delivery service will resume from Tuesday 4th January (Wednesday 5th January in Scotland).

• Please note that due to shorter working hours immediately prior to the holidays, deliveries on 24^th December and 31^st December cannot be guaranteed.
