Cure & Store Vacuum bags are ideal for storing fresh or dried herbs, foodstuffs, or any items which either will keep better when not exposed to air, or which will take up less space when the air is removed from them.
Durable and re-usable, the bags are very cost-effective. Cure & store Vacuum bags are easy to use; simply place the herbs or other item in the bag, close the zip-seal carefully, and use either a vacuum-cleaner nozzle or hand air pump to suck out the air via the valve.
When the air is gone, replace the valve cap.
To increase the storage life of fresh herbs, the bags can also be refrigerated after filling.
Dried herbs will last in good condition for several months in a Cure & store vacuum bag without refrigeration.
