Shipping Update & Freight Costs

An update on the delivery changes due to the rapidly changing circumstances for the foreseeable future for delivery times from October 2021 onwards.

Dear Customer,

We have been warned by our carriers that in the coming weeks we should expect delays to deliveries. We will do all that we can to mitigate this by monitoring the situation and selecting the best service available. However, as circumstances are changing rapidly, we must accept that there will inevitably be some disruption. It is likely that in the foreseeable future delivery times will be in the order of 2 to 3 days.

We have also received a new rate card from our haulier which include a significant increase in costs. We will review and update our pallet rates; please also note that further increases should be expected in the coming weeks.
